We are the experts in your pocket, here to guide you and take loads of stress off of your planning journey.

We honestly haven't seen anything like this out there. Sure, there are lots of checklists, and waayyyyy too many opinions. But we give you the ability to form your own solid opinions because you understand your options and the consequences of each choice.

Each course is a series of videos. For mini-classes on a single topic, there may be a 3 minute introduction, one or two 5 to 15 minutes content videos, and a short lessons-learned/next steps video. There will also often be a downloadable checklist and a printed summary of the information. 

We make each subject as concise as we can in order to teach the subject quickly and painlessly. 

Some couples are comfortable with a few hours of videos at each sitting, but most people will watch about 20 - 40 minutes worth of videos before wanting to stop and apply their new knowledge before moving on.

We suggest limiting your wedding planning to two nights per week so you can still have fun together and not get overwhelmed.

Of course, the farther away your wedding date is, the more relaxed pace you can set.

A wedding could be planned in as little as a few months if the couple has the time to devote to it. But as most of us have jobs and families and friends and hobbies that we want to keep up with, we suggest that you have a minimum of 40 weeks to plan an Epic Wedding.

Ideally, couples give themselves even more time, like 18 months, so they can truly enjoy their engagement and not feel the stress that comes from trying to accomplish everything very quickly.

As long as you have wifi, you are in the right place to plan.

You will, of course, want to travel to see potential venues and meet vendors, but your learning will take place wherever you choose.

A phone, tablet, laptop or desktop and wifi are all you need to take these classes. Any device with an internet connection will do.

Your phone and data plan will deliver the training just as well as your desktop computer.

All classes are completely self-paced so that you can plan as quickly or as slowly as you'd like.

We occasionally offer live sessions with our team. 

For participants in The Epic Wedding Complete Planning Program, these happen monthly or twice a month. All live sessions for the Complete Planning Prog are catalogued and posted for you to view at a later time. You'll see subjects covered with timestamps so you can easily go to the questions you're interested in.

For others, special live sessions will be announced via email a few days before they take place. These sessions are not always recorded, and we don't catalogue them, but you can always request a link to one by emailing us at [email protected].

Yes, yes, yes.... but also no.

When clients hire us as Wedding Planners, we plan their entire wedding in about 8 sittings. That might equate to about 20 hours of decision making.

There are many, many more hours spent on the event planning, but we do all that behind the scenes. 

We charge about $5000 for that experience, and we like to think the entire thing can be done with champagne in hand.

In this course, we pass along our knowledge so you can do our job yourself. So you'll put more hours into it: learning hours, then doing hours.

But the end result is similar. And most of our course clients prefer to do the planning themselves and enjoy learning this amazing new skill.

There are two things these classes cannot do for you: share local knowledge of vendors in your area; and do day-of coordination for you. But if you take The Epic Wedding Complete Planning Program, you'll have more than you need to interview and choose outstanding vendors yourself, including a day-of coordination team.
